Yes. A few extra sockets, a light that will not work, an outside socket, a cooker circuit or a fault that keeps tripping the power are all jobs we do. We may group small Bath jobs onto the same day to keep travel sensible, and we will tell you when we can come when you call.
It depends on the fault and the property, so we don't publish a call-out rate. Most faults in houses are found and fixed in a single diagnostic visit. If the fix needs parts or more time, we tell you the cost before carrying on.
Yes. We are NAPIT registered (66245), so new circuits, consumer units, bathroom work and rewires are self-certified under Part P and you receive the certificates without a separate building control application.
Regularly. Much of central Bath is townhouses split into flats. We work within your flat's own installation and will tell you if a fault traces back to the landlord's or freeholder's communal supply, which is the managing agent's responsibility.
