How long does installation take?

Most home installations take 3-5 hours. Commercial installs vary by site. We give you an accurate time estimate during your survey.

Do I need a specific consumer unit?

Most modern consumer units are suitable. We check this during the survey and will advise if any upgrade is needed before installation.

Can I charge any EV with your chargers?

Yes -- we install universal Type 2 chargers that are compatible with all current EVs sold in the UK.

What brands do you supply?

We supply and install Ohme, Zappi, Wallbox, Easee, Hypervolt and others. We recommend the best charger for your needs and budget.

Is the installation guaranteed?

Yes. All installations come with a 3-year workmanship guarantee and the manufacturer warranty on the charger unit (typically 3 years).

Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, no. Domestic EV charger installation is permitted development. We advise if your property is in a conservation area or listed building.
